"Thus said HaShem,

let not the wise man glory in his wisdom;

and let not the mighty man glory in his might;

let not the rich man glory in his riches.

but let him who glories glory in this,

studying and knowing Me,

that I HaShem make love, justice, and righteousness on earth;

for in these things I delight,

declares HaShem."

tumah (ritual impurity, contact with death) & tohora (purity, life) related to childbirth, tzaraat (various skin afflictions, inflammations, burns, baldness), garments contaminated by tzaraat (tzaraat represents external manifestation of internal issue)

note:

God is the source of life.

All that is contrary to God leads to death.

Some parallel Hebrew words and concepts in common between Leviticus and Genesis connect tumah to the consequences of original sin when man got out of alignment with Word of God and became mortal:

man referred to as Adam - woman referred to as Ishah

seed planting - cultivating - childbirth with difficulty

giving birth is brush with mortality leading to new life
