God tells Moshe to instruct Aaron about elevating the 7 lamps of the menorah, hammering of the menorah from gold, consecration of Levites ages 25-50 to serve in the Tent of Meeting, Pesach offering in the Sinai desert, Pesach Sheni one month later for those who had been ritually unclean on Pesach, Israel to camp when Cloud rests on Mishkan and to journey when Cloud lifts, two silver trumpets to gather & guide the assembly, order of journeying (camp of Judah then Reuven then Efraim then Dan), ark goes forth for first journey, rabble rouses complaints about manna and craving for foods of Egypt, selection of 70 elders to form Sanhedrin then God comes down and transmits His Spirit from Moshe to these 70 and they prophesy temporarily, the Spirit rests on Eldad & Medad and they prophesy in the camp then when Joshua is bothered by this Moshe expresses desire for God to put His Spirit on all, God provides quail but strikes those craving it, Miryam & Aaron challenge Moshe's uniqueness, God comes down and affirms that He speaks more directly with Moshe, Miryam is afflicted with Tzaraat and needs to be quarantined for 7 days outside the camp, the people journey 3 days and camp in desert of Paran

HaShem tells Moshe to send one spy from each tribe to Land of Canaan to see if the land is good, the spies bring back beautiful fruit and report that the land is flowing with milk & honey, 10 of the spies (Shammua from tribe of Reuven, Chori from tribe of Shimon, Yigal from tribe of Issachar, Palti from tribe of Binyamin, Gadiel from tribe of Zevulun, Gaddi from tribe of Menasheh, Ammiel from tribe of Dan, Setur from tribe of Asher, Nachbi from tribe of Naftali, Geuel from tribe of Gad) say the people there are too strong to go up against, Kaleb (from tribe of Judah) expresses faith that they can ascend and conquer the land but he is opposed by other spies describing giant Nefilim, entire assembly succumbs to fear despite efforts of Joshua (from tribe of Efraim) & Kaleb to convince them that the Land is very good and HaShem will protect, glory of HaShem appears and threatens plague to annihilate the people for lacking faith, Moshe pleads for the people on behalf of God's reputation & attributes, God forgives but decrees 40 years of wandering in the desert with none age 20+ except for Joshua & Kaleb entering the Land, the people recognize their sin too late and try to ascend to the Land on their own then are struck by Amalekites & Canaanites, HaShem gives instructions for offerings in the Land, clarification that God's teachings & judgments are for both Israel & sojourners/proselytes living among them, offerings to atone for unintentional sins of idolatry, person who pridefully blasphemes HaShem intentionally shall be karet/cut off/excommunicated, HaShem commands stoning of a man for gathering wood on Shabbat, 3rd section of the Shema (wear tzitzit on corners of garments to help remember & do mitzvot of HaShem who took His people out from Egypt)

Joshua sends two faithful spies to observe Jericho, the spies stay with Rachav who protects them from king of Jericho, Rachav describes what her people have heard about HaShem delivering Israel and giving them the Land, Rachav helps the spies escape and they agree to protect her family if she ties scarlet cord on their window and they all stay inside, the spies stay in mountains for 3 days until their pursuers turn back then report to Joshua that HaShem has given them the Land

Korach (a descendant of Kohat, son of Levi) leads 250 leaders in challenging authority of Moshe & Aaron saying the entire assembly is holy and HaShem is among them, Datan & Aviram (from tribe of Reuven) refuse Moshe's call and accuse him of bringing them up from a land flowing with milk & honey to die in the desert, Moshe summons the assembly for a test, glory of HaShem appears as they hold fire pans, the earth opens and swallows Korach & his rebellious followers, fire consumes the 250 men offering incense, Elazar son of Aaron gathers & hammers out remaining fire pans for altar covering reminder, entire assembly complains and blames Moshe & Aaron for killing, Hashem sends a plague that kills 14,000 then stops when Aaron stands with incense between the dead & living, HaShem instructs Moshe to put one staff from leader of each tribe in tent of meeting, Aaron's staff blossoms & buds & produces almonds, the people fear approaching the Mishkan, HaShem speaks to Aaron to reiterate & clarify duties of Levites in safeguarding the Sanctuary, offerings to the Kohanim as eternal portion, tithes to the Levites rather than land as their heritage

Yeshua changes water to wine at a wedding in Galilee, clears the Temple of money changers before Pesach, responds to Jews asking for a sign to prove his authority that if they destroy this temple (his body) he will raise it again in 3 days, is followed by many who believe after seeing miraculous signs, explains to Nikodemas (a Jewish leader who comes to Yeshua at night knowing that miraculous signs show that he is teacher who has come from God) that flesh gives birth to flesh and Spirit gives birth to Spirit and all need to be born by water & Spirit to enter kingdom of God, describes Spirit like wind blowing beyond our understanding, teaches from unique perspective of knowing both heavenly and earthly things, relates himself to Moshe's snake in the desert needing to be lifted up for all who believe to have eternal life, clarifies that he has come not to condemn but to save, identifies himself with light that exposes and is loved by those who live by truth, performs immersions and is testified about by Yochanan the Immerser who likens himself to the attending friend sent ahead of Messiah and Yeshua to the bridegroom who speaks the words of God as source of eternal life for believers in him
